does't even bother to argue that there faith is false. It seems all secular/atheist spend all their time trying to expose that christianity is false. They obviosly do that because it seems to most people that even if there was a "real" god it would seem most logical that it would be the judeo christian one. I not try to agitate anyone, I guess what i'm really trying to ask is................... do islamic people ever wish their religion could recieve more validation from people actually bothering to argue against it

No. Islam means submission. They don't like it when thier religion is questions. You are either an Infidel, or you believe there is no God but Allah. It's due to the nature of thier religion, and how the religion is "preached". Christianity is based on a message of salvation to people. Islam is not really a message, it's more a social system. There is a message in the Koran, but the emphasis is not on reasoning, or arguing. Also it's assumed that Christians welcome arguing against it, but that is not entirely true. You could take the stance that the gospel message is for people that already a) Believe in God. b) Feel seperated from God because of thier sin. c) Want to have eternal life and forgiveness. In some third world countries there is no need to convince people that God exists, or that they are sinners in need of a savior. They just desperately need hope of salvation. The same goes for Islam, either you believe in many Gods and are an Infidel, or you believe in Allah. So sometimes it's a waste of time to argue with a non-believer, because essentially we all believe deep down inside, and non-believers are not trusting God, or interested in a relationship with God, because they want to continue sinning. Of course there is deception out there, and Christian apologetics has it's place, so we debate against Evolution.
