It's tragic.
I work in a neurology clinic (with Alzheimer's patients) and sometimes people with Tourette's are in the waiting room...
MAN are they ever LOUD?!?! must be so horrifyingly embarrassing for themselves and their family members.
as far as the Nirvana song.....
not sure I ever heard it....
I love their music, but don't really know which titles go with which songs.

this is SO not funny........have you had experience with someone that has Tourette's? It is really sad, and they can not help doing the ticks,etc.
