I have no idea. I have a few scars from surgeries and I have no problem with them. They remind me that I survived and am still alive. (And one is right across the base of my throat...makes me look all bad-@ss...grr!)

I have 10 surgical incision scars on my left leg, I have used vitamin e for 3 years and it has never made them fade it just made them a little more softer.

Bio-Oil is supposed to be good, it contains vitamins A and E and is non greasy,also used for scars, stretch marks, ageing skin and dehydrated skin.

im not sure about that..but i would suggest use aloe vera..from a plant. I got in 2 fights and had scars on my face. I used the aloe vera and within 2weeks they started to disapear.
