I found some non-alchoholic wine in the supermarket and my parents said I could give it a try.

Yes, it's legal. The restriction is on alcoholic liquids. As these don't contain them, you'll be OK. Of course, the cashiers might not be trained well enough to realise.

Funnily enough, you probably can't legally buy chocolates containing liquor.

I've heard it's illegal. The reason behind it is that there is some alcohol in the non-alchoholic wine/beer. I'd ask the store before trying to buy it though.

Probably matters which state you're in too.

as long as there is NO alcohol in it than it is very legal

yes, it is legal. any non-alcoholic drink. if they wont sell it to you, have your parents buy it for you.

um...yeah...it's NON-alcoholic. it's illegal TO drink alcohol if you're underage, not NON alcoholic
