This is going to be kinda of long and I will probably have to post additional details but please bare with me, I really need advice.
My eldest son's father has been contacting me recently and has got me worried. Part of my worry is that he's a wanted murderer. A week and a half after his son was born I found out that he had broke into one of his coworkers house and stabbed her to death, and then fled the country. Even worse they approximated that she died only 2 days after our son was born. They never found out why he did it, and obviously they never took him into custody. The reason for that was by the time they found him he was already back in his home country and his country refused to hand him over to the authorities. Now this is where my other worries come from. When he first started to call again it was just simple 5 minute calls asking how his son was. Now they are getting to the point where he is questioning me about things, some of which I haven't told him.

He knows things that there is know way he can know them. I told him about my new baby coming and my fiance. But somehow he also found out that my baby was a boy, he even knew my son's name! I never told him that! Since he has been gone we have also gotten a new car, he knows what kind of car it is and the color! He just keeps saying things and asking things that I never told him, and this worries me. I know he has family still here, as well as some very loyal friends. With all these things he is saying its making me wonder if he is having me watched. He even knew that my fiance was put in jail only a couple weeks ago over a missed court date! All I want to do is protect my kids, and the way hetalks makes me wonder what he is planning. Should I call the police and warn them? What should I do? What would you do? Please, please, advice needed.

Stay aware of your surroundings, let your local authorities know about the situation, and get advice from them. If something ever did happen and your local authorities know about the past problems, then your ex will be their primary suspect and something to go off of. Keep an eye on your neighborhood, any suspicious vehicles for prolonged amounts of time, you should call the police. Keep the curtains drawn, windows and doors locked, always know your children are safe and being supervised by an adult. Extra measures would be an alarm system on your house, outdoor motion lights, window alarms/locks, extra door locks/alarms, or security screen doors and bars for the windows. Maybe even a security dog. Having a gun is too dangerous with kids in the house, but maybe pepper spray, baseball bat, stun gun, any of these are alot better than a firearm in the presence of children.

If you really feel as though you're being watched then yes call the police, have them do a random run through your neigborhood, the only other thing you could do that would possibly help is move away. But if you're being watched and you move within the same neighborhood then it defeats the whole purpose. contact your local authorities and see what they suggest, they maybe able to give you better suggestions. I am really sorry that you feel this unsafe and that you feel your kids are unsafe. Contact a social worker and tell them the situation, they can usually help you and your kids get away from a bad situation as long as you're willing to stay out of the situation. Hope this helps and good luck.

Call the police and the phone company and have him put a track and then a block on your phone from that number as well
You then call the phone company right after he calls and they can track the number and where its coming from so the cops can get him.If you help him you are an accessory to the crime
You are being stalked!

This is something you should not think twice about, Go to the police a.s.a.p tell them what is happening, at least let them know that you are concerned about your well fair and your childs. He is still a wanted man for a crime that he was not punished for. He obvious has no remorse for what he has done. He might hurt you or the ones you love.

Call the detectives who handled the murder case. Who knows, he may be back in town. If he has people/family watching you then your life, and your kids life may be in danger. You know this person has no regard for life, or the authorities. You and your family deserve to be and feel safe. Call the cops. They will be able to give you more advice.

Yes call the police, let them tap your phone so they can get a trace on him. They might try to get you to lure him back. He should be in jail.
