one day i decided to drink as much water as i could in the school day, and i drank 100 oz of water... but the only thing was i needed to leave class every five minutes because i needed to use the restroom... is there a way i can avoid this? is there something wrong with me? or do i need to space out my drinking of water, because i drank the 100 oz in about 8 hours of my school day.. Thanks!

I have been drinking about that much water every day for a few years now and my body still hasnt gotten used to it. I dont think it ever will. If you consume a gallon a day its not going to hurt you, just dont go over that. :)

People say that your body will get used to it and the bathroom trips will be less frequent, but I did this for a month and it never got better. I still had to pee ever five minutes!

Easy---don't drink that much water again! It's actually dangerous to drink too much water. Read this article about water intoxication.
