Jello, instant pudding, Joe Joe's from Trader Joe's (they're sandwich cookies) have no trans fat but they do contain fat, the new Oreos don't contain trans fat (but again, they do have some other kind of fat in them), most non-chocolate candy doesn't have any fat, something made with fat free cool whip wouldn't have any trans fat, and that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
If I'm not mistaken, butter isn't considered to be a trans-fat (hydrogenated) but is a saturated fat. So, any cookies or cake or anything else you make yourself that contains butter and no other fats wouldn't have trans fat.
