I have been on my job for almost 2 years. I have a great boss and just got a raise. One of the girls that I work with, well me and her had a falling out last year, on the job. After we had our falling out, she was a no show and no call at work. She was fired, but then rehired, and now she is at work every day. Anyway, we talk now and get along good enough at least to work together. Her and another girl that I work with were suppose to go out for a girls night out. They did not ask me to go, I was hurt and a little mad but could not let it show.I am a hard worker, and am not worried about loosing my job , it is just now, I feel out of place. I am kind of quite, and a moody person. I am just not sure what to do anymore, if I should just find another job, although that is not what I want to do, I love my job and have a great boss.

Then just let it go, don't worry about what they do. I know it might not make for a very fun day, not being in the in crowd. Just do your work and go home. I love my job, it is rather boring, but I also have a great boss. I am not in the in crowd either, but I didn't come to work to make friends. I came to do my job, get paid and go home. Just don't let them get to ya or get you down. Have a great day and good luck!

Just do your job and don't let anyone bother you with their dumb attitude. You shouldn't quit a great job just for this. This really means she's just your co worker and not your friend. A lot of us are in the same situation, but don't let that bother us. Good Luck

You can't let other people keep you from keeping your job. I understand that you may feel lonely at work but are you gonna let that keep you from keeping your job. You have to learn to deal with it or better yet take matters into your own hands. Maybe one day you could invite the girls out to eat during your lunch break, that may help you form a relationshiop with them.

Just ignore it. Find another girl to hang out and plan your own girls night out.
