I'm just wondering becuz im trying to be cautious and lately i've been eating alot of raw cabbage

So far E.coli has not been found on cabbage but if you want to be on the safe side make sure you rinse the cabbage well and the only way to kill the bacteria E.coli is to cook it throughout. The best way would be to boil it for about 20 min.

Actually they said on the news that with the whole spinach thing, cooking it wouldn't have even killed it.

I think you mean e-coli, and if you do then no it does not. Unless it has been fertilized with manure from an animal.
