I sleep on my belly with my feet hanging down at the end of the bed on top of the covers. You see I had a stroke some years ago and since then I rather sleep on top of the covers instead of between the sheets.. My right hand under the pillow. I recuperated from my paralysis on the left side and if I sleep on it, I get numb. Long answer to a simple question. Smile.

Side, back and stomach (a different times of course). Just depends on which feels the best at the time. When on my side with hand under the 2 pillows. On my stomach ,,, no pillow. On my back 1 pillow (contoured).

I have chronic back, hip and shoulder pain: I mostly change positions all night -- fetal right & fetal left & on my back like a mummy and legs straight or sprawled in every type position depending which pain needs relief most. I never sleep on my stomach because that makes my back ache more.
If I can't stand the pain, I take an aspirin and sleep mostly on my back.

i used to sleep with my hand bent under my pillow until after years of doing this, it litteraly twisted the muscles in my right hand, so now i have to sleep with a wrist sprain guard thingy on to help rewire my muscles back in place... it sucks..

I sleep on my back like I am in a coffin. My hands down by my sides and perfectly straight.

I sleep in a million different positions throughout the night, much to the chagrin of my husband. He wants a bigger bed. I say if he wants any sleep, he'd better get his *own* bed!

I sleep with my legs in a figure four. Knee bent with one foot over the other knee. I have lots of embarrassing sleep over pictures from childhood:)

i change positions so many times that it sometimes interrupts my sleep! but i usually start all sprawled out, then as i relax more and more, i curl up into a tight little ball- much to the amusement of anyone who has ever seen me asleep.
:)Sweet Dreams! :) *yawn*
