Nasalcrom, which is an OTC form of cromolyn, works well for nasal allergies, so you may find that to be a viable alternative.
You know, you still may be able to get your Flonase, though. Ask your doctor if he has free samples he can give you. If not, check out www.needymeds.com . Most of the drug companies have patient assistance programs for those without insurance who cannot afford their prescriptions. Many will provide free medication. The needy meds website gives all the information you need to apply for free, including downloadable forms and complete instructions. And it's free to use.

This is going to sound funny, but try using egg yolks. When I was a teen, I used this family tried-and-true method to thwart acne outbreaks, and it worked magnificently. Egg yolks are high in vitamin A, which is a main ingredient in the acne medication Retin-A, and is also great for good skin tone and firmness. I would simply separate an egg each night before bed, and spread the yolk on my face until it was dry. Then, wash your face with a light cleanser and a clean cloth and follow up with a moisturizer. This is a cheap, easy and readily available thing to try, because most people have eggs in their fridge at all times. And it won't hurt, unless you have an egg allergy as well. Good luck!!

Most of the OTC stuff will eventually make your stuffiness worse. Have you tried the NeilMed sinus rinse? I was told to do that following a sinus surgery and it worked really well and helped to alleviate my symptoms. It's over the counter. Also, saline sprays help clean out the sinuses. Otherwise, see if your doctor will give you some samples of flonase.

there are not any over the counter sprays but you may be able to talk to your doctor and have him prescribe one that may be a little more affordable for you... there are several different types and they all work in about the same way. Ask for samples from the office... when the doctor knows that you really cannot afford the medication, they will usually help you with samples or sign you up for free medication from the drug company. I work in an office and people ask for samples all the time... so don't be ashamed to do it.

Yes and no. "Natural male enhancement" products on the market won't make a man's penis grow larger, make him last forever, impact his sperm, or any of the other implications that the campy commercials may make. There are some herbs and nutrients that have been shown over time to help with sexual health, but it sounds like that's not what your problem is... it's nerves. I would recommend something to calm your nerves like Chamomile, Hops, or other relaxants to help you get over your nerves. That way, you're treating the cause of the problem, not just treating the symptoms (and Viagra itself might not even help if you're too nervous to be aroused). ;-) Good luck and I hope I helped!

There are now generic versions of Flonase.
The docs have also found that a saltwater spray works just as well and is very cheap.
