I'm trying to figure out what to dress my big fat dachshund up like for Halloween. I don't want to make her a hot dog because every weenie dog is a hot dog at least once.
She enjoys dressing up, so I don't want any comments about cruelty. If she didn't like it, I wouldn't do it to her.

my dog a chihuahua/maltese is gonna be a monkey holding a banana from the tail. It's a really cute homemade costume .A dachshund would be a cute monkey too, I'm sure:)

nothing about the costume but its so sad we just had a big fat weiner dog to he was a mini so he was supposed to be like lets say 14 or 15 pounds and weighed 22 pounds. what about a fire hydrent thats what our boston t. is going to be

--how about a pumpkin !!! you could buy a cheap coat and put orange pompoms !!!And you could get a headband an stick on a green stick (perfect!!!!)
