Not all of us are jerks. Some are though. It's a sad fact of life. I'm not going to make the call to say whether you should break it off. But realise this, he won't change. Otherwise he would by now. He'll keep being the irresponsible, wallputtingupperer (HA! I made a new word lol) self absorbed lowlife he is already. You deserved to be treated with the same love, respect and devotion you give him. Relationships are reciprocal, not a one way street. Best of luck

I learned a long time ago, never say alwas... I don't play games, and hate it when all the woman i've tried to be with play games... once i see it happening the first time, or i see them play games with other people, i will tell them up front, that i don't play games, and don't like it when other people do...
I havn't had a serious relationship for five years because so many woman play games... i've reciently started a new relationship, and neither one of us play these games... i'm so happy, and in love, i can hardly stand it... it hurts me when i don't get the chance to talk to her (like tonight)...
now, to MANY guys playing games, i would say it's the same reason many woman play games... they don't know what they want, so they play the games while testing the other person, to see if they like the responces...

guys really got no balls when it comes to expressin there feelings unless theres are the ones being hurt or played with, we are all pretty much selfish people when it comes to this, sad but true. im sure u have been on the other side of the fence before just put some space in between u two and see how he reacts

Sounds like manipulation tactics to me. Most people try it, and don't even realize that they're doing it.
If someone has to play on your emotions to get you to do whatever, you're being manipulated. Simply refuse to play games.
Jesus loves you, for real. He has a boyfriend picked out just for you, and you don't even have to be looking for him. Trust in Him!

herad the saying 'treat them mean. keep them keen'? anyhow, thats how some guys work. us guys are told so many different things when it comes to girls. dont be too nice, dont be too mean, dont wear your heart on your sleave, romance her, talk to her, talk bout how you feel, dont talk bout how you feel. all this goes out the window when a guy really falls for a girl. he will do anything to see and be with her. no maor games. in you case, i would break up with him. but then i bet he will chase you even harder.
