Water Menu For Weight Loss

Many of us know that keeping our bodies well hydrated is essential for good health and for weight loss. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water every day is recommended and yet many people find this difficult to do.

If you are one of the many people who find it difficult to drink water, here is a program easily followed to ensure you are well hydrated every single day.

When you wake up you will often be thirsty because your body loses water while you are sleeping through breathing and perspiration. Drink a large glass of water with a slice of lemon for zing.

Drink another glass of water with breakfast or a cup of herbal tea before setting off the day.

Mid morning - snack on a piece of juicy fruit such as orange, rockmelon, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew. Have a glass of water and perhaps try a dash of herbal aloe juice which is wonderfully soothing to the digestive system.

Lunch - think of soup or have a glass of water before your meal, or perhaps a herbal tea.

Mid afternoon - While you are preparing your evening meal, drink a glass of water and snack on some crunchy fresh vegetables.

Evening - Sip a glass of water before your meal with a dash of your favourite fruit juice for flavour.

After dinner - before bedtime drink your final glass of water and sleep well!

Now here's the really exciting part - you may notice a reduction in inches and centimetres, as you body's water store become redundant and so decrease. You may need to 'spend a penny' more but the results will be worth it.

RE:
Does drinking a lot of water help you lose weight quickly?

This idea often originates from the news of Bruce Lee's water diet. It's said that he used to drink tons of water in order to get that toned look around his muscles. So yeah, drinking lots of water helps you tone, and yeah, I've heard it'll help w/ weight loss, too (for some reason). Also, drinking a lot of water cleanses out the body by flushing the bad stuff out.

But you don't want to drink too much, for the body is a certain percentage of water...if you fill it up w/ more than the healthy percentage, then it could be harmful.

But either way, nothing really beats regular exercising (cardio, strength training, etc.) But be sure also to drink water during all this.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

yes and no. It will help fill your stomache up so you don't eat as much, and it will help flush the toxins out of your body, but you will not lose weight quickly by just drinking a lot of water.

If you change your diet habits as well as EXERCISE it can be effective.Sodas, and drinks with sugar are "fake calories". Because since it's liquid, your body doesn't add that to the food pyramid.. Since water is 0 calories, and it makes you seem "fuller", yes you need to drink a lot of water... 8 glasses at least! I helps flush you out and clears your skin, and yes helps you lose weight .. but the quick part depends on other things you do in your daily routine.

yes and no. It helps you feel "full" but you'll have a lot of water weight. You have to change your diet to make a real improvement. Once you stop drinking all the water, your hunger will kick in and you'll eat a bunch of food and put the weight right back on.

It will not. It is only supposed to make you feel full and stop you from binging. However, drinking lotsa water will prevent water retention (how ironic) and maybe can do some detoxing to your body.

There's no shortcut to losing weight. Balanced diet and working out is the most effective way.
