The new versions of Adobe Reader are only compatible with Windows XP. Is there an older version that is compatible with Windows 98?

I using 98se and did download a newer version of Adobe 6.0, I not sure that the newest, but, it work. I will check and see if I kept the .exe file and let you know.
I have it! 16+ megabytes Ha!!!! If, you not find it somewhere and you think it will work, email me and we try to figure a way to send. I not sure yahoo mail support a file that large.
Heck, do not worry what people say about 98, I still have an old 486 with windows 3.1 and it will Blaze the Inet, just got to know what happening, plus the 486 will out boot anything newer. Just an added thought.

I think the latest version you can download for Windows 98se is Acrobat Reader 6. Get it at

Go to oldversion (www.oldversion.com) and Download an older version of Adobe Reader.

Fewer and fewer people are supporting windows 98 anymore unfortunately :(. I think MS official support ran out on it when Windows XP released.

I dont know but i can please think about some upgradation as microsoft itself stops supporting 98... coming world writes programs and games doesn;t keep in mind abt 98 at all.... not to hurt you in any ways ....

visit http://www.adobe.com.... and download Acrobat reader from there .. you can read the PDF files with taht...
current version of acrobat reader is 7...if i am not wrong...
