I needed this info once so I walked the yellow pages and called a private detective advertising that he used to be a state policeman. He charge $35 and gave me the information I needed the next day. He probably has subscriptions to all the databases. He charged based on how many localities I wanted to have checked.

it depends on the state most have databases for ppl with felonies. here yuo just go to kansasdepartmentofcorrections.com and click offender search.
