There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

1. do a detox day with just liquids (including broth) but not pop or coffee.
2. eat only fruits, veggies and really low calorie foods for the next week then do the detox day again. repeat every week for as long as neceassary .
3. drink as much water as possible (10 glasses atleast). it flushes the fat out.
4. Dont eat after 6pm, 5pm if you want to go hardcore.
5. do exercises each day like a long walk to help the weight come off a litttle faster.

If you just need to lose a little bit of belly fat and have 30 days, that is not really that fast. You should be able to achieve that safely. Eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some lean protein, some fat free dairy, 6 glasses of water per day. Exercise 30 minutes per day. It will work guaranteed.

You can lose a few pounds by making small shifts in your eating habits, changes to your daily routine, and supporting these changes with emotional healing to prevent emotional eating.
1. Keep a food log: Write down how much food you have eaten, and this will help you watch your portions.

8. Eat fruits don't drink them: Eating fruit gives you more fiber than drinking it. It also fills you up for longer. Also chewing creates saliva which tells the brain that your gut needs to get ready for digestion.
9. Sleep: Sleep earlier and you will see weight loss within a week.
10. Use smaller plates: Less space to fill up food, so you will take smaller portions and thus ingest less.
11. Eat slower: Give your body a chance to feel full by eating slower. Also eating slower means you chew more which means that the food is already well broken down before it reaches your gut making it easier for your body to digest it.
12. skip soda and juice: Soda and juice are just empty calories. Instead of taking in juice, drink water to help cut back on these empty calories
Some Extra Quick Tips
Skip the elevator at work and always take the stairs.
Park as far from the store or your office as you can.
Don't call your colleagues. Instead, walk to their offices if you need to talk.
If you use public transportation, get off one stop early and walk the rest of the way.
Take your dog for a walk.
If you have a stationary bike or treadmill you're not using, move it out of that dark corner and put it right in your living room, perhaps in front of the TV. Walk or bike while your favorite show is on.
Use a kitchen timer at work and make sure it goes off every 60 minutes. When it does, get up and walk for three minutes around the office. By doing so, you can walk an extra 24 minutes every day.

it's not bad to lose weight fast. everyone has different ways of losing weight.

legs-running, lunges, and jump rope
Stomach- forget about sit-ups, all they do is hurt your back, do crunches, legs in the air or flat on the ground, go up only until ur shoulderblades are off the ground.
arms-curl dumbels, do push-ups
hips- this one beats me
Butt-run it off, not kidding
Cheeks-burn more calories than you eat, and their size will go down.
