when white spots appear does that mean that they are working?and what do you do when it time to take them off? do you rinse with water and brush?

it doesn't say all this on the direction sheet.

yes that means they are working. it might whiten diff areas due to residue left on teeth and how bad stains are in certain areas. after i took them off i would brush my teeth and rinse w/mouthwash. it felt gross and tasted nasty to have all that goo in my mouth

I always put them on for the designated time, and then rinse my mouth w/water...not too cold because sometimes those strips cause teeth sensitivity from hell.

The best thing do to is not use them at all, before them just brushing your teeth was enough .Why would you want to
put that on your perfectly good teeth

you are supposed to leave it on for the time directed. stop being so impatient. it took you a long time to get the stains dont think they are going to disappear in 60 seconds
