I know alot of people from different countries and it is so that it is harder for mexicans to get addmition to the us than say someone from Isreal. please tell me why? Some people come and get money to get started off in busineses from Isreal. One of my bf family did.

It has to do with how wealthy the petitioner is and how wealthy the person being petitioned is. I think it has more to do with bank accounts than anything else.

So that they know what is expected of them. A green card is not meant to be a free ride. All (legal) immigrants are afforded the same rights as any American citizen. It's what you do with your abilities that gets you somewhere. The difference in your situation probably has to do more with the specific background of your friend. It's not because they are from Israel vrs Mexico.

Only the examiners from the Immigrations handling the cases can tell you what exactly goes on in the process of granting the green card. there are many different requirements for different types of business/professions and one case can not explain for other cases.

It all depends on the conditions of the country for example Mexico hasn't had a war in over a 100 years so why should their people be considered more important than people from CHAD

I dont think thats true,but how many people from Israel are at the door of the US.knocking?compared that to the Mexican population trying to enter(legally) and youll find that its about 7 to 1(and thats a low assessment)

Because the illegals are taking the spots that the legals so rightly deserve. Get rid of the illegals, and the legal entry would be more acceptable
