Hi...lately, for the past month or so, there have been days ( not everyday) in which all of a sudden I get nausea, sometimes dealable and sometimes a bit of a nuisance...Its never strong enough for me to have to vomit though, and I actually have never thrown up.....but there are times, especially at night when Im about to go to bed where all of a sudden I feel a bit nauseated...Eventually i breathe it out and fall asleep and thats the end of it....Also, I have been recently for the past few months developed disease phobias, like hypochondria..about diseases and all...and it seems thst sometimes the nausea triggers when I worry, and feel low, but sometimes it just comes like that.... I also have experienced a panic attack in the last few months....Eh, other than that I dont feel any other alarming symptoms, but this whole nauseated feeling is kind of scaring me...What can this be...Im having a problem with my health insurance and doctor, and for now cant get an opinion till I settle it.

It sounds like anxiety. You need to get things worked out so that you can get treatment for it. You need to also find the underlying cause for it. Figure out what stresses you have in your life and fix them.

The number one cause of GI complaints in people your age is anxiety. What you are describing sounds classic for it. Basically, since you're ignoring (not dealing with) whatever is making you anxious your brain has to find another way to make you pay attention and deal with it. And you get, nausea, restlessness, chest pain, panic attacks, sleeplessness, ...

Two things; first talk to your friends, yeah they'll give you a hard time but it'll help. Second, if you know whats causing you the anxiety DEAL WITH IT, it obviously isn't going away.

If you're to the point where you cant function, you must get help. Go to a teacher, coach, school nurse, doctor some one and let them know how serious it is. It happens to every one at some point, people are more understanding then you know.

OH MY GOSH...NAUSEA?!?! First, I'm a pharmacy student so I have to ask, have you started any new medications? If yes, than DING! Outside of drugs nausea can be from illness, digestive issues w/ foods, almost anything... My guess is that you are stressing yourself out with this hypochondriac thing. Anxiety attacks can cause nausea as well just like you feel sick before a big test/game. Nothing over the counter (except dramamine--makes ya sleepy) works on nausea, but if it persists and occurs more than 3-4 times a week, see a doc, you might have a bit of tummy-flu.

I would suggest looking up a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor for the nausea and looking up Dr. Luann Lindquist for the panic disorder.
