Are jasmine and basmati rice naturally white in color, or has the rice been processed to look white?

Yep, all white, just the taste is different. I prefer a nice asian jasmine rice over what a regular store would sell

I believe they are both naturally white.

yes it is the shock outside of the grain that is typically brown
