I got a wig with straight blue hair. How can I make it look like Marge Simpson's' hair?

I need this for a Haloween costume. Very urgent.

Tease it up. Don't try a curling iron b/c it will burn the plastic hair.

If you put a tall plastic cup (like you sometimes get at McDonald's or themeparks) upside down on your head when wearing the wig, then get someone to help you brush the hair up round it, you can fasten it at the top with an elastic band. This won't make it look curly but will make it high anyway. I'm thinking that if you put a thick layer of cotton wool round the cup first, then once your wig is fastened on top of it, you could twirl transparent plastic thread round the wig in such a way as to make it look puffy with indents, like Marge's.

Id suggest getting some sort of lightweight piping to fit over your head then glue the blue wig upwards.
Then youd have one solid width all the way up and if u can get some blue dolls hair, they come in curls, attach some of that here & ther

IF you dress exactly like Marge from the neck down, you can get away with an updo using small pins and clips.

lots of curlers and hairspray..or try using some wire to make a little tower on it and then get another blue wig and use that to cover the frame..hope this helps
