I've always like Toyota cars for back comfort. The Toyota Camry has a fully electric seat that raises up so it's more like a bench. It has a bladder that expands in the lower back if wanted. The head rest can raise out of your way.

I was a wholesaler for 5 years and have bought and sold a lot of cars, maybe a thousand, and the most comfortable seats that I ever sat in was a peugot 505 , THATS my opinion

there are lots of cars with comfortable seats, the problem is, every person is different.
Try sitting in the cars & find one that fits YOU!
Sometimes you just need a seat pad or insert and almost any seat feels OK.

Try a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I always love sitting in those. Very comfortable.
