there put away in a box and never really bothered me that much til i overheard a comment he said to a friend when he was drunk bout how many points he'd get for shagging her? i'm not a very confidant person but this has made me realise that we're together 16 months and he only has 3 pics of me and only 1 is of my face. he wants me to move in but i think the pics should go if he's over her then he doesn't need them altho they only contain pics at concerts etc. what do other people think?

hmm.. guy talk... u have to understand that guy just talk for no reasoning...
everybody has a past.. he may have his ex's photo but most importantly he is with you now... make the most out of this relationship... cherish it.. the past is past unless he is still seeing her....
dun have to bother about what other people think unless he is seeing her....

I know for a fact that he is not over her because hes still trying
to hold on to what ever memories he has of her. I think the best thing you can do is have a talk with him, tell him in a calm tone of voice that by him having the pictures it makes you feel as if you are a rebound girl because you feel as if he still has feeling for her then ask him nicely if he can't get rid of the pictures and start a new chapter of his life with you your going to have to move on with out him. If he refuses don't worry there plenty more guys out there. Just hang in there you'll find the right one some day, don't be weak. Oh and when your talking to him kill him with kindness don't lose your cool no matter what and you'll end up on top.

I'm not the jealous type and I'm as confident as they come. I don't mind if my guy has pics of his ex. I'd hang them up on the wall if they were good pictures. There is a reason she's the ex, right? Figure it this way, it took a lot of stepping stones to get to you and he's still with you. Every part of his past had a hand in who he is today. If you are insecure don't punish him for it. It isn't his problem.

My second husband (now my EX) made me get rid of all of the pictures of me and my first husband, or even of places we had been together, even if he wasn't in them. He found a wedding picture of ours once, which was behind several other pictures in a frame. (He was snooping to make sure I'd "obeyed" him and gotten rid of everything. Then he was all upset because of what he found.)
I really resented him for making me get rid of those; it wasn't because I still had a "thing" for my ex - that wasn't it at all. But those pictures and the places in them were a part of my life, and getting rid of them didn't make those experiences go away. It just showed his incredible insecurity with any part of my past that involved anyone else.
If you're that worried over pictures, you aren't ready to move in with him.

I keep pics of all my ex's. it usually bothers my current gf. I don't look at them much but it's like alegacy. Like I could show my grandkids one day that grandpa used to have the hot ones. I guess it's kinda immature and I'll grow out of it one day but it's really no harm. On another hand if it bothers and offends you, then he should get rid of them.

Let him have his memories! It's over between them. I still keep my ex's stuff but I am clearly over her. Everyone loves another person differently, the no of pictures doesn't mean anything.

Don't move in with him. He's definitely still hung up on her. Dump him and move on. Find someone a little more mature that's more interested in being with you than how many "points" he can get.

ummm... that really sucks!!! i would defantaly be very mad. i would confront him and tell him i heard your comment about (her name) and tell him that if hes not over her then maybe u guys shouldnt move to the next level and if he wants u to move in then he needs to get rid of the pics cause it makes u self consious

go to ask him.. get the real answer from him..
forgive him if he apologize..
drop him if he says nothing..
cos u just the replacement...
