all clothes off excepting underwear. you do wear a gown.
don't worry about the x-ray tech seeing you--don't ever be afraid of being human. everyone who works in the medical field has seen it all already anyway.

A gown with your undies on. Clothing often has metal attachments (zipper, buttons).

were nothing with metal like jeans have the zipper and the button were like sweats they should let you keep those on if theres metal they will have you pole them down and keep the panties up or make you put on a gown good luck

I've had several hip x-rays and I just wear sweatpants and don't have to remove them.
