Most are using stolen or invalid Social Security numbers. Many are paid “under the table” so their income is never reported. So as far as federal taxes usually no, most often they do not pay these taxes.

An illegal alien has no social security number or any other ‘fingerprint’ that allows the government to know that they are there in the country. So really, to the government, the illegal alien doesn’t exist.
So, when an illegal alien receives a pay-check, the company they work for has to pay them 'under the table', for a person needs a social security number to have a job and receive payment. But if one is illegal, how can one have a social security number, unless they stole it?
When one receives a paycheck, taxes are taken out. But if the payment was given to the employee ‘under the table’, the government is unaware that this person is working, and is even in this country. So no taxes are taken out.
The only tax’s an illegal alien must pay is sales tax.
So the answer to this question is no, they do not.

First Its ...doesnt he/she have to pay taxes? just helping out now. Yes an illegal alien has to pay taxes by way of using a fake social security and eventualy they are not able to get those taxes back since they are illegaly here so uncle sam keeps the money they worked for ofcourse its still not giving them the word that they can work here illegaly but everyone has their own situation

Many illegal aliens work with tax id#'s or if they came here with a visa and became illegal simply by over-staying their visa they could have applied for a vaild SSN when first entering the country. That said, MANY illegal aliens pay taxes and they pay them knowing that they will never be elligible for the benefits of those taxes such as welfare, unemployment, or social security.

If they are using fake information, then usually taxes are being taken, and in my opinion no real problem there. If they are working under the table, that where the problem lies. Those particular individuals are using the roads, their children using schools, and most other government provided services, on your tab and mine.
I have no personal problem with immigrants in this country, its how we have grown throughout history, but when you are here to "chase the dream" you should take the responsibilities that come along with that.

You would certainly think so, but a lot of them are paid in cash and send most of it back to Mexico. That's why they live 10-15 people per one bedroom apartment. The shifty ones use fake or forged papers/SSN's. Thanks Bush, hope you're happy. Now go jump back into bed with Vicente Fox, the biggest hypocrite in the world.

They do not pay income taxes. They pay sales taxes like anyone does.

No because they can not fill out a W4 form and have no SSN. Because of this illegals are either using forged SSN's or, more often than not, being paid under the table.

They do pay taxes. Usually, they will borrow a legal mexican's id, and work under that name, and then the legal mexican pulls in the extra social security when they retire.
