I don't mean have you ever done it, I mean do you do it on a regular basis and if yes then do you have any tips on keeping it simple and habitual?

Formally, no I don't. But in an informal way, yes. I work at night and take my breaks outside. The first thing that I do when I walk outside each night is to walk out and look to see if I can see the moon. It's a habit, really. I always know what phase the moon is in because I look for it every night. When I can see it, I ground and center and breathe in his energy. Near full moons, I usually say a short prayer. Near new moon, I don't see much of it at night even though the waning crescent is my favorite phase (I was born under a waning crescent). It is just something that I do; nothing formal, and nothing that anyone really notices. It is a part of my day similar perhaps to the way a day shift person would look at the sun or clouds every day and say a short prayer.

For an interesting site about moon phases--and you can look up to see what phase of the moon you were born under:

I follow the practices in the book "New Moon Astrology" (link below), writing out affirmations every month at the new moon. I have a special book and pen used ONLY for that purpose, and I always do my writing in a sacred place. It takes me maybe 20-30 minutes a month. I look up the time/date of the new moons (just search for "new moon" and the year) into my PDA with an alarm to remind me to do it.
I also follow the moon phases with the Yahoo werewolf monitor and I have a moon phase module on my Google homepage.

simple and habitual, although not a ritual, but a very helpful and wise thing to do regarding the moon phases :
get a calendar that shows moon phases and circle with red all the dates that are v/c (void of course), on those days, do not start any project , relationship, business, etc., coz they won't come to a happy ending.
with time, living according the v/c will come an habit.
it worked for ronald and nancy reagan...and it surely works for me.

first of all, it is possibly greater efficient which you probably did no longer attempt to do a ritual in case you weren't feeling properly. So perhaps decrease your hubby somewhat slack for leaving you to sleep - that could have been what replaced into best for you. The gods are right here for you immediately in basic terms like they have been the day beforehand of this, so do no longer difficulty approximately it. definite, you're able to do your ritual this evening in case you like a evening ritual - and definite you gets the comprehensive moon outcomes/skill an afternoon or 2 formerly and after the quite height of the comprehensive moon - so tonite may be wonderful. yet of path in case you wanted you need to do it for the period of the day. I did somewhat of each for mine easily - section for the period of the day and a factor at evening. Kinda like 2 mini-rituals. this must be some thing that makes you experience chuffed and blissful, no longer all under pressure over. relax and luxuriate in! advantages on your adventure.

I do for both Full moons and Dark Moons. I have an e mail program that reminds me a day or two in advance of the moon phases, so I don't forget.

Aye. Our coven meets each full moon. Between the full and new moon I have rituals I do myself or with my husband. We keep them simple. I buy a calender every year that has the moon phases clearly marked so I know when to do each one.

~Blessed be~

I try to keep track of the moon phases and do rituals and spell work based on them but sometimes I am not so diligent. I do need to get better about that.
Peace

I don't take very long about it at all, but yes, I do. The first thing I'd suggest would be buying a calendar with moonphases clearly marked and circling the days. When you have a problem or a desire, think very hard about which moonphase is most appropriate for it. The more you do it...the more you'll do it, really.

I'm a bad pagan!

Aside from noting the phase, spending some time gazing at it, and calling my spouse to point it out to him, I have no rituals.

Not a bad pagan, really... Just a lazy one sometimes!
