A girl I kind of dated in college came over to my room one time and said "Im going to take off my shoes" or something like that and she sat on my bed barefoot and when I complemented her nail polish or how she looked, she spread her leg out and acted like she was weirded out by it at first, but then rested her feet on my refrigerator that was right next to my bed. What does this mean?

Women love ot be noticed so maybe she just wanted some attention. Commenting on a womans feet is kinda delicate because it always conjures foot freak thoughts. so she probably figured you were fantasizing about them and didn't want it to go that far, she just wanted you to notice not drool over them.
