Well headache can be from Lot of things like stress, vision etc... but reason why your throwing up is because of the headache it's called a migraine or tension headaches. Note any association between your headaches and your menstrual cycle or your use of birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy. If you have recurring headaches, keep a record of your symptoms. This record will help your doctor if medical evaluation is needed. Writ down: The date and time each headache started and stopped. Ant factors that seemed to trigger the headache; food, smoke, bright light, stress, activity. The location and nature of the pain: throbbing, aching, stabbing, dull. The severity of the pain. Other physical symptoms; nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances, sensitivity to light or noise. So that's what i think good luck and hope you feel better.

It was probably a migraine headache. Classic symptoms are ....light sensitivity, nausea and vomiting.
Ive had Migraines in the past. I usually feel better after I have vomited. If the pain persists or over the counter pain medication isn't helping..contact your Doctor for other options. In the mean time..stay in a dark cool room. Try to lay still and wait it out. If its so bad you don't think you can stand another second..go to the ER and they can give you a shot to relieve the pain.
Hope you feel better...I know it sucks.

Poor thing it's a migraine! I've been getting them for years, Dr. hasn't been able to pin point what the cause is either. It's different for everyone.... it could be lack of sleep, too much caffeine, stress, etc. Try to sleep it off, if not take the strongest stuff u got girl! Sorry & good luck!
