there this guy and he smackes my butt and stares at it and my boobs too he talks to me sometimes and waves too i think he likes my friend he stares at here alot and talks to her too. what is he doin?

Since your nick reveals that you consider yourself 'hot stuff', and possibly try to look the part as well, no wonder you attract a lot of such perverts - who are merely out for 'kicks' !
What he would have received from any self-respecting girl is a public slap on his face - even when he had first tried his 'act' on you.
...The way you keep on publicly describing what all he keeps doing, you give the distinct impression that you subconsciously LIKE being treated in such cheap ways.
Grow up kid, and learn to avoid such creeps, instead of encouraging them.

He's doin whatever u let him do. If u don't like being smacked on the butt, slap his face the next time! There is also a Real Good chance he is showing off for his buddies. One way or another, I think u need to put a stop to it.

Besides being a DOG? I don't know, if you like that kind of thing, then he'd probably take on the both of you. But, I'll assume for the sake of argument that you're a little offended by his method of "getting to know you"....tell him the next time he smacks your butt he's gonna pull back 4 broken fingers and stub for a thumb. If he wants to get to know you then he needs to treat you...and your friend...with respect.

Dress in Sweats and a baggy tshirt and see if he likes you. we all like the parts. You need to advise him that the stuff he likes is connected to a woman. A Human being, caring, feeling, loving, living tissue with its own brain and neurosystem completely independant of gluts, breasts, mouth and vaginal canal.
Don't meet guys at meat markets ( Night clubs, Drunken Parties) etc, and get yourself someone who sees your heart and your head as well as your ***. You and every girl in America deserves better treatment. And its never going to happen until you realize it yourself and demand it.

He's probably just a pervert whose trying to touch girls all the time and likes to look at them.If this doesn't really bother you then you shouldn't really care because he's probably just a pervert. But you don't like what he's doing, then stay away from or tell him to F!ck off or something. Get a restraining order if possible.
