I have always been shy and have no idea about asking out girls.

Dude, you've got girls answering you saying to just ask. That's really the best way. Yeah, she could turn you down, but you'll never know until you ask. And like I said...you asked a simple question about girls, and you've got girls giving you an answer...so I'd say go w/ the professionals of that gender :)

I used to be pretty shy too, its alright you will come around. Do you know her do you guys talk? If not get to know her and start talkin to her that will make it easier. If you do talk to her, then tell her you need to talk to her for a minute, then just ask her "will you go out with me" What's the worst that could happen, she could say no, yea it happens to everybody, it's going to happen to you someday. OR she could say yes, and it could be great. By the way piece of advise, be yourself, and be confident in yourself. If you have confidence in yourself, its amazing where it will get you.

you can pull her to the side and say it just like this...I want to tell you something, i like you alot and i was wondering if maybe we can go out to lunch sometime, and if you are too shy to do that then you can just write her a letter but girls like it better when you say it to them because that lets them know you are interested.
