hi firend its simple.
for getting better memory, we must have some prerequisite
1. sound sleep
2. adeuate diet (not excess nor too little)
3. physical exercise, morning walk or evening walk in fresh environment for at least 1/2 hr
then u can try
trial and error method.
always read the matter and make note writing.
try to memorize it
u will forget some part, look that again
stop looking, and again try to memorize
do this continuosuly for some days
then u will get some inner impression with that matter and that will sustain for long time.
however it is not possible to keep all htings in ur btain, and take out it immediately when u need it.
Friend only the tip is the "Trial and Error Metho", nothing other htan that is available. Don't go for medicine, that will eventually hamper ur memory.

Eat lots of green vegetables and green salads. unclutter your mind of unnecessary thoughts. Eating walnuts in winter also helps a lot. Write things to be done daily on a paper or use mobile phone reminder.
Apart from this a homeopathic medicine' Anacardium 1m' can help improving memory.

well its up to her how he or she is at studies and how much he /she can concentrate into things bou the best way to enhance the memory of an individual is meditation it increases the concentrating power of a person.....

Do the five day backward memory exercise: Consciously recall five things about yesterday, in order, most recent first. What you said, what someone said to you, what you did, what you had to eat, etc. Then the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that (five days total). Do this every day and your memory will improve dramatically.
