Why do Other Prodestant Denomination Christians whinge about Catholics ? Are they frightened of their particular Dogma ?
There are lots of other Christian Denominations out there, such as; Greek, Russian, Syrian, Albainian Orthodoxies. Coptic & Egyptian Christians, Edomites, Marianites, Mennonites, 7 Day Adventists, Johovah Witnesses. Why is it we never hear of any "Christians" whinging about this lot ?
Why is it always Catholics & not any of these others ?

Well you see, it's like this ... When you come into existence through a rebellion, you are hard pressed to show that what you rebelled against was BAD ... because, if what you rebelled against was GOOD, then your rebellion itself was BAD. So, even though Protestantism is mired in doctrinal chaos, and no two denominations can agree on what is the truth or who is right, they can at least agree on one point - that the Catholic Church is WRONG ... I mean is just HAS to be, right? ... because, after all, if it wasn't, they wouldn't have rebelled against it, right?? ... and they wouldn't be in this denominational mess they are in. Jesus said that all Christians were to be ONE, not just in some general sense of mutual respect among denominations, but ONE even as He and his heavenly Father are ONE. That means NO differences in belief at all. NO denominations. Absolute unity! So, since their tradition has obviously produced a situation that is directly opposed to the stated will of God, there must have been a very, very GOOD reason for getting involved in it, right? And the only possible reason that could justify such an ungodly situation is that that nasty old Catholic Church is just BAD, BAD, BAD! Maybe if they can turn peoples' attention to how BAD the Catholic Church is, in its 2,000 years of doctrinal unity, maybe people won't notice how BAD their own situaion is.

Because Catholics are the root, and trunk of the tree of all Christian faiths. So, if proved "wrong" then this strengthens their faith, somehow.
Also, it makes a nice breeze. Moves the smog out. I can see the sky. All that hot air moving around.
It goes good with all that cheese...
....you know...
Whine and cheese, now I went to far...

Because the Catholic Religion is the true religion and it is the biggest target of the evil one. If he can discredit the Catholic Church then he figures he has won but, Jesus even said "The gates of Hell shall not prevail against her"

I have asked that all of my life. The nasty answer I have always gotten was: "get over it, there are more Catholics in the world than protestants." I don't know if that is so.

they all follow or stem from Catholicism ... but I can't imagine that answering your question very well .. the catholics used to consider all else as mere cults but things are changing ...
myself i look down on all formal religions with equal dismay and regret . even Jesus Christ has been raped by exploitative and delusional religious gold diggers .
peace out and enjoy !

Protestants came as a result of conflict with the Catholics.
If that conflict ends, then there is not futher need to be Protestant.
