Obesity is not only very sad, but also really disgusting. I don't mean just physically, but also the torture that these people must go through on a daily basis. Not only having people looking at them differently and talking about them behind their backs, but also how they must view themselves.
If anyone here has an over weight problem, then maybe these websites below will help. I've also included the diet I use. Its only meant to be used for 2 weeks,but if you need to lose a lot a weight then it is safe to do for 2 weeks, take a break for 2 weeks and then start again.

I have also heard that 4-6-8-10 works really well, but I've never tried it myself. The important thing is to STICK WITH IT EVERYDAY for 2 weeks. If you eat more veges (without butter or salt, just heavy on the pepper or another spice you'll get a lot of flavor - also fresh fruit like apples are low in calories which means more food for you. =)

Don't believe it ! It is a fad and there is a lot of money to be made off obesity which they are hoping to do.
The junk food companies are going crazy with delight hoping that this last. The diet industry are enjoying this as well because they know that it is a fad as well and everybody will again be looking for a quick fix on weight lost.
