I had this idea to find out if my old girlfriend still likes me. Her friend who is also one of my friends thinks she does but can't tell. My old g/f barely talks, she is quite an introvert, and so she never really responded even when we were going out. Even her best friends say she doesn't talk to them much. How will i get her to talk with me?! i know what kind of things i screwed up on or what may have offended her but when i try to talk she doesn't respond very well as she does with most people so i was thinking about sending her text messages becasue then it is not talking to find out. We are both very similar in that we are shy and have a hard time talking or asking poeple things....

that is actually a good idea.....most people who don't like to talk much are more comfortable expressing their feelings through writing...so i think you should text her....plus you don't really have nothing to lose....the worst she can do is not respond....and from what you've said....she wouldn't really respond if you talked to her anyway....

It's worth a try; maybe face-to-face is too much pressure and text messaging will be easier. At least if you try it and it doesn't work, you won't have to wonder if that would've been the thing that made the difference...
