I think that age does not matter when both parties have the same emotional maturity and are both seeking the same thing out of that particular relationship. I think that by the time people reach the ages you've noted that they're mature enough to talk things out if there are problems...as long as they're happy...age means nothing.

i think of it could count at a definite age, case in point if somebody is 13, going out with an 18 year previous there's a great distinction in adulthood point between those an prolonged time, yet at an older age the two if the individuals are lots previous their teenage years and are lots greater mature so it would not make as lots of a distinction. it is in basic terms my opinion nonetheless! absolutely everyone has diverse recommendations :)

It depends on the people, it works for some people and for others it doesn't. There was 6 years difference between me and my first husband and it was a disaster. However, just because it didn't work for me it doesn't mean it won't work for another couple. Communication is more important than age I think - at least that is what my divorce taught me anyway. Good luck :)

I've had a friend go through this, she was 18 and he was 34 at the time, I was real upset about it, but I see how much they love each other and what they would do for each other, its aswesome that they have one another, so I don't think age matters at all now=-) Just be happy!

Later in life the much older partner is going to die far before the younger one. Is it really fair to leave the one you love alone for so long when such a thing is controllable?

I think the maturity level of a person is far more important than age. If you can relate to one another, why does a number matter?

Not age so much as maturity. However, the two are somewhat correlated.

Absolutly not, unless it's illegal!!! Age is just a number and if you could just get past that, then you will be just fine.
