Any diet will work but your problem is exactly what you mentioned in your question:
"I seem to always be starting my diet but can't seem to stick to it"
We all make mistakes on diets but we don't consider it as starting over again. You make a mistake, pull the forbidden food from your month, and continue on with the diet. You don't start over because starting over is a came we play that makes us fat.
You start over by eating everything and anything you want because you will start your diet again tomorrow, so the results are: lose, gain, lose, gain, gain, gain,
Don't get caught in this weight lost/gain game cycle.
I lost 112 pounds by not dieting. I learned to enjoy exercising. I started out being able to walk only 7 minutes. The next day 15 minutes. I can now jog 3-5 days per week for 1 hour and enjoy it.
You can do this !
Last, don't allow your diet to be too strict.

Have you ever tried weight watchers points? You can eat anything you like just in moderation and it's a little easier to stick to then the diets where you can only eat baked chicken breast and veggies.
Diet pills have never worked for me but do for some people.
Some people eat a bunch of small healthy meals everyday to keep the metabolism going.
I don't know what you have tried and what you haven't.
My aunt yo yo dieted all her life. Last year she got bariatric surgery and has lost 120 pounds in one year. Thats always an option if you feel nothing else can help you.

I have had the same problem for years ... I tried a lot of different ones but I lost interest very quickly either because I was always hungry or because I didn't see immediate results ... This is why a lot of us who have tried have given up in just a few days ... In order to be successful at it you have to enjoy it, it needs to be easy, and you want to see results ... I just recently discovered a "No Diet Weight Loss Plan" that I truly love... Honestly, I did not diet (that's boring), eat special foods (that cost extra money), skip meals (that make your stomach growl), or even exercise ... I have lost 20 pounds in 26 days and 2" in my waist ... I have 30 more pounds to go ... It is the simpliest weight loss I have ever experienced and I am 45 years old

I lost 55lbs on a low-fat, low-sugar, portion-controlled diet for six months. I
set a simple goal for each month -- ie I will lose 10 lbs this month. That made it easier to stick with because I didn't feel overwhelmed by the overall amount of weight I needed to lose.
Also, One day a month (and ONLY one day) I let myself eat whatever I wanted. During the rest of the month whenever I wanted something off the diet I would tell myself that if I just waited for that one day I would be okay. It made the cravings bearable.
My previous eating pattern had caused me to become overweight. If I return to that eating pattern I will become overweight again.Once I reached my target weight, I went on a modified diet.

Honey, my best advice to u is that u dont starve urself. Instead eat more smaller portions of food that are not so fatning. Space them out thoughout tha day. This will increase ur metabolism. Giving u more energy & keeping u healthy & on ur way to a leaner life. Getting in a tredmill & running on it for about 30 minutes a day will also give u great improvements. This is tha only way that u will lose that unwanted fat that gets in tha way of tha smaller dress sizes. i've heard of ppl even putting bags around there bellies & sweaters to produce more heat for more sweat. Good luck darlin. I've seen this work on alota ppl.

it depends on your age. if your a teenager stick with a healthy diet and exercise. find an exercise you enjoy like dancing, running, or maybe join a gym. if ur older my friend just lost a lot of weight on the "cereal" diet where you eat cereal for 2 meals (breakfast and lunch or dinner) then for the third (lunch or dinner) just a regular healthy meal. and try to stay away from sugar,candy, and soda. most important drink a lot of water. good~luck!!!

Try weight watchers! I just lost 30 lbs. in four months and am very happy with the diet because it's flexible and you can eat almost whatever you want just limit portions.

The best thing to do is not stop your normal eating habits. Instead add to it. Start eating veggies and fruit and healthy stuff and you will be to full to eat the junk. This insures that you will lose weight and not feel like your starving. Exercise and you will feel even better.
