has anyone heard of sveltonyl? In anti celluite treatments?

has anyone heard of sveltonyl? Its in this anti cellulite cream and the cream is some crazy stuff that pops and bubles and fiizes, i'm just wondering if it actualy works. I almost dont care the fizzing is so cool lol.
