Easy peasy. Do 100 crunches when you wake up and 100 before you go to sleep. Try not to eat anything. My friend did this and he went from overweight to slim. However, this is very unhealthy, i do not recommend that you try it.

Hard question to answer without knowing your bodyfat levels.
Abs have very little to do with exercise, its all about diet. Fat accumulates around the stomach first, and as such its the last place to go. Thats why you can look good on your arms/chest/legs but still have a flabby stomach.
For the average person, the 6-pack will begin to show at 16% bodyfat. It will start to become impressive once you get under 10%.
Best way to reduce bodyfat:
1) Start calorie counting and cut calorie intake to 500kcal under your Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). You can find free BMR calculators easily on the net,
2) Take plenty of exercise (running is the best for weight loss).
3) Don't starve yourself, aim for 2lbs a week weight loss at the most.
4) Eat small and often to keep your metablism up.

If you want to get a 6 pack you need to lower your body fat percent. You already have the abs, its more or less the excess stomach pudge that is hiding them. What you should do is yes keep working out, but don't just focus on your abs do a full body work out, and too effectively lose the body fat you will need to do some cardio. All in all you will need to both lift weights and some sort of cardio. Structure your diet as well. Figure out how many calories you need to maintain your weight and then lower it by 200.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.

It all depends upon what percentage of bodyfat you have. ALL of us have a six pack, you just cannot see it because of the layer of bodyfat. One month is not much time. Good luck with this one.
