This depends on your beliefs. A Christian who fully believes the Bible also believes that the Bible is true when it speaks of a living & breathing devil...or Satan. It's not a "scapegoat" as someone else mentioned...the existance of a devil doesn't make a person any less responsible for their actions. I believe that Satan exists, but I also believe that I make my own choices to do wrong. Of course, I am also a Christian, so my beliefs that Satan exists are because I believe the Bible. However, I understand the difficulty in believing in the existance of someone one cannot physically see or touch...making it impossible for those who believe or do not believe in his existance to prove what they are saying. Therefore, anyone's answer of "yes" or "no" is completely relative. It comes down to what you choose to believe.

Nope its actual. you could certainly see your person face replace. I certainly have seen it happen on quite a few events. you're able to do it too in case you have somewhat persistence. It certainly has no longer something to do with the devil. Its all approximately theory and how that perceptual photographs are interpreted. Hollywood clearly has to make it seem very dramatic yet that's merely the way that Hollywood works. i assumed previously each and every thing it became merely my mind's eye, so I ask 3 pals at distinctive circumstances to humor me and seem on the replicate and tell me what they observed. i did no longer clarify why, or provide them any concept that they could be seeing something out of the common. each and each became previously each and every thing look somewhat bowled over to be certain what became looking back at them from the replicate, yet each and each faithfully defined what I have been seeing. This became data adequate to me that i became no longer purely imagining issues. Your wager is almost as good s mine the way it occurs or what you're certainly seeing. All i be attentive to is that's outwardly actual. Love and reward don

Evil is very real. The great danger in personifying Evil as a man with horns and a pitch-fork in a red suit, is that we may then be unable to recognize real Evil when it is near us. Every time the Congress meets there is Evil. We have recently seen some wretched examples of thievery, sexual abuse of minors, and assorted other crimes and misdemeanors, but no sign of a figure with a forked tail and a pointed beard. Personification of Satan is a short-hand way of speaking of Evil, but if one thinks that because one really can't conceive of such a being as the Devil, evil doesn't exist there is great danger that Evil will slip in and cause havoc in your life.

There are thousands of books written about the devil, but it is not real.
The real devil is our own selves in disobedience to the One True God. When we repent and live the decent life as His Messengers have taught, we will become spiritually true men.

The devil/satan is real. He used to be an angel but then he wanted to be like god and thought he should be better. God heard about this and sent him to a place called HELL. God created Hell as what you might can say a jail. The devil got angry and now he gets in your head sometimes or goes into people and tricks them into thinking bad so they will be bad and end up in Hell like him, because he doesn't want to be the only one to suffer. That is the devil's/satan's mission. To fight this go to church, read the bible and pray and ask god to live in your heart so you will be in heaven with god, and not into hell with satan. God Bless.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

The Devils best trick is to make you think he does not exist. Yes he does and don't listen to him. He is the father of lies.

The devil is a scapegoat for people who do not like to take responsibility for their own actions. An actual living breathing devil does not exist though.
