In John 10:16 Jesus told his followers, "And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold : them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd."
When Jesus appeared here in the American continent to a group of descendants of the same Joseph who was sold into slavery into Egypt by his brothers. He told them as recorded in 3 Nephi Chapter 15 in the Book of Mormon, 21) "And verily I say unto you, that ye are they of whom I said: Other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." 22) And they understood me not, for they supposed it had been the Gentiles; for they understood not that the Gentiles should be converted through their preaching."
Other South American legends tell of a bearded white man who came and healed their sick and promised one day to return.
In Chapter 16 Jesus (after His ascension on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem) says, And verily, verily, I say unto you that I have other sheep, which are not of this land, neither of the land of Jerusalem, neither in any parts of that land round about whither I have been to minister." 2) "For they of whom I speak are they who have not as yet heard my voice; neither have I at any time manifested myself unto them." 3) "But I have received a commandment of the Father that I shall go unto them, and that they shall hear my voice, and shall be numbered among my sheep, that there may be one fold and one shepherd; therefore I go to show myself unto them."
Great Question. So many would want to know the answer, but so very few would ever know to even ask the question. Good luck. God bless you.

No... accourding to the Gospel accounts found in the Christian Bible, Jesus did not visit the American continent. He was seen by many people in and around Jerusalem. He ascended into heaven 40 days after the resurrection.
The only exception to this is the belief held by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons) where these events are recorded in their canon of Scripture.

Jesus remained 40 days after he arose. The scriptures say that he was seen by over 500 people at one time.
There is no evidence nor do the scriptures speak of him visiting north america or any other continent.... this dosnt mean he didnt do it... simply because he himself states that "i have other sheep not of this flock that will hear my voice."
This idea is what a great amount of the mormon faith is based on. The issue with them saying this is even if he did.... there were no "white" men in north america at this time. Had he appeared to anyone in north america it would have been Native people.

there isn't any advice in the Bible that Jesus ever known in physique or spirit outdoors the middle East. Why might he come to u . s . of america while there isn't any checklist of each and each individual being right here on the time the Mormons declare that he visited u . s . of america.

Actually the mormons (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) believe that he did visit the Americas. I don't remember the timeline, though.
I believe that is the only religion that believes this...
