Sorry, but there is no way to talk her into it if she doesn't feel comfortable with the idea. I know I wouldn't.
What you can try instead is asking about setting up a camera on a tripod or something, and set it to record. That way you still get your video, and she doesn't have to suffer another person being in the room.

be lucky she doesnt just leave you. first off if you want to have a film of the two of you, why do you need someone to film it for you? just use a tripod, perhaps your g/f wouldnt feel like a porn movie extra if you didnt have another person in the room "directing"

OK do what we did. we set the vid up and took turns in playing camera operator. obviously there came a time when we just left it to record but a tripod is a great help. Have fun but just do it yourselves for just yourselves.
