I have tried original and ephedra free Hydroxycut and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don't have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok with a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it and consult a doctor.

There are a lot of people I know who lost weight while taking hydroxycut. They tend to have more energy to workout and they sweat more. The important thing is to take hydroxycut and work out at the same time. It can not be used as a substitute for workout because if you take it without working out it will just tax your liver and kidneys and that's bad.
