OKay here is the dilemma I just got back from the gym....There is the regular buff for nothing guy that is always there...I walk through the door and he embarrassed the hell out of me by yelling oh its Miss America! *mumbling under my breath fu*kin retard*...Then I proceed to my elliptical machine I always use....while in the middle of working out he comes next to me and just stands there....I have my CD player on really loud so I dont even hear him nor do I look his way...So he stands there through out my whole work out...Now I have to admit I am sing what seems to be low and to myself...Not realizing he turned off the music and was listening to me sing through my work-out...So I could only handle 30 mins of this bullshyt and got off the machine and did some other stuff....I enjoy working out at night time cause there isnt that many people there...But I am thinking the next this fool does this to me I am going to take my CD player and bytch slap him in the mouth...

It sounds like this guy likes you!..He is trying to get your attentuion by trying to be funny..but apparently he does not see it annoys the hell out of you. You need to let him know he is pushing it. and to..back off...

You should feel comfortable in the place you want to work out at. Especially if you pay for the membership. You definitely need to say something to the management of your gym. They will handle the problem if they don't want a sexual harassment suit on their hands. Be careful!

does he work there? How did he get the music turned off for the whole place?

Sounds like he likes you and is acting like a social retard in response to that attraction. If he really bothers you, I'd complain to management. You shouldn't have to feel harassed when going to a gym you have paid to go to.

Don't do anything physical. You do not want to get sued. Plus it is wrong to physically hurt somebody. Be the bigger person and be polite in telling him to leave you alone.
