Here are two fairly similar maps of the Roman Empire supposedly at its peak.

1. This one claims to show the empire at about 120AD. It names all the provinces, and gives extra details. http://intranet.dalton.org/groups/Rome/RMap.html

2. This one is a 1925 reprint of a 1907 atlas of ancient history. classical atlas, and it claims to show the empire in the third century (201-300AD). Note that it seems to show occupation of more of the Nile valley (as claimed by the previous answerer), and also of the Crimean Peninsula. http://www.acs.ucalgary.ca/~vandersp/Courses/maps/basicmap.html

I hope this is useful.

As far North as England and Wales, as far South as when the Nile breaks to become the Blue and the White Nile rivers, as far East as the Caspian Sea, and as far West as where Portugal is now.
