(i) if i like the guy a lot, i would say yes. but, i might stall time so that i don't look desperate enough. end of the day, the answer is yes.
(ii) if i see potential in the guy, i would say yes.
(iii) if i am not sure and bored, i would say no. but some girls say yes to this as well.
end of the day, you have to perform well during date. be yourself. because, it doesn't mean you have secured anything (say, confidence from the girls) just by her agreeing to go out on a date with you.

Well, the most important thing I worry about is whether I have a nice outfit to wear. If I do, then I will say yes...If I don't, I will make up an excuse to go out another time...Yes, we women do that.

well, if i like the guy of course i would get butterflies, it feels really nice, but if i don't like him like that i would be like, [in my head] "oh crap, i dont want to get rejected and i would feel sorry for him but i just gotta do it rather than lie to him" and i'll be like..errr. hey [person's name], i really appreciate it but i think we'd rather stay as friends OR let's get to know each other better eh? and i say im terribly sorry." then i still hang out with him like i used to. like nothing happened.
