ok i was using a program at school and im not exactly sure what it was. I know it was Macromedia, and i was making short flash cartoons with stick figures...if anyone has any idea what this is or if its free and if not how much i have to pay for it and where to get it then that would be greatly appriciated

It's called "macromedia-flash". Yeah, it's free at downloads.com. Just click the link at the bottom.

Macromedia Flash is the program you most likely were using. Macromedia has recently been bought out by adobe. Macromedia Flash goes for close to 600 dollars retail but if you are a student you can get it at academicsuperstore for around 250.00.

If you wish to try a simpler flash program you can get swishmax at academic superstore for around 19.00

lol, u jus't said it u were making flash cartoons. that means of course flash. or u were using one of the followings.
> macromedia studio
> macromedia flash
> macromedia freehand

go to www.adobe.com and check out for macromedia products in the download page. they should have all the info. in there.
