When a friend of mine Julie asked my best friend Anna why I didnt have a boyfriend after Anna started going out with her boyfriend Anna said "Kate could have alot of boyfriends she just refuses to like them" but i dont even know what shes talking about
Why would she say that?

she said this because you are a great person that alot of people like but it's not that you refuses to like them you just don't know they like you but every one else does

she didnt want your other friend julie to think that you couldnt get a boyfriend, she was just standing up for you making you look good. She thought she was doing a good thing. You should ask her just to be sure,but i am sure her attentions were good.

Tell them you dont refuse to like them, you are being selective, there is no rush, wait to find the right one.

i have that same problem. boys at my school ask me out, but i don't want them. either i don't know them or i just don't want them. tell your friends you just want to be single for a while.
