I was looking for a way to fix something and found a site that I believe is called HOW to fix darn near everything.com I just used the search on google. you could also find the name of the company and try to find them on line and see if they have a customer service line or instructions on line

Something is jammed in the mechanicals. Why don't you open it up and take a look?
