Feeling I have is a pins and needles feeling

Every answer listed above mine could be right, except the cancer fool. You could try a chiropractor, it could be a pinched nerve in your shoulder or neck. It could be carpal tunnel, it could be your heart, it could be alot of things. Go see a doctor because this isn't something to mess around with.

Pins & needles is usually caused by a blood circulation problem. Full circulation to the affected part can usually be restored by rubbing.

This can be a sign of MS. If it lasts a few days or numbness moves to other body parts, go see your doctor.

You may have carpal tunnel. If you have a repetitive job, that is one of the first systems you experience.

carpal tunnel if your thumb and first two fingers.
It is nerve tunnel irritation in your wrist .

Mine did that alot. But that was only cuz i kept clickin my lighter to get some badass hits off of my dick (meth pipe).

Don't listen to this guy...

It could be your heart as it is your right hand. I would have your heart checked.
Please take it serious. Many heart diseases are treatable easily if you start treatment at early stages.
Hopefully it's nothing serious =)
